Obituary of Bozica "Liz" Lindstrom

Bozica “Liz” Lindstrom, 79, of Medaryville, IN passed away on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at her home.  Liz was born on July 22, 1941 in Bačina, Varvarin, Serbia (formerly Yugoslavia).   In 1956, she immigrated to Chicago, IL.  On May 11, 1973, Liz married the love of her life, Harry H. Lindstrom, Jr., in Wheaton, IL.

Liz was a proud homemaker.  She always raised a beautiful vegetable garden.  She enjoyed canning and cooking.  Liz was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.   She was a devoted caregiver to her in-laws, provider for her family, and gracious neighbor.  Liz and Harry enjoyed 48 years of life together, especially traveling after Harry’s retirement in 1999.

Visitation will be from 4-8 PM EDT Monday, July 5, 2021 at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville, IN.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM EDT Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville, IN with Rev. Jeff Seger officiating.

Burial will take place at San Pierre Cemetery in San Pierre, IN.

Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
